Millner Advisory is a multi-disciplined consulting firm. We fix business problems with tech and good ideas, working with SMEs, large business, franchises, distributors and agency businesses. We provide solutions that last to execute change, creating better, more satisfying businesses.

The firm is headed up by Bruce Millner who has over 34 years’ business and consulting experience, with consulting experience predominantly advising SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises), franchisees and licensees. Bruce also has considerable experience working with technology as a business enabler, with a focus on using technology to innovate and gain a competitive advantage. His other specialist areas include property development and construction, dispute resolution, intellectual property, advertising, sales, and financial and insurance services. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Canterbury, and a qualification in Coaching and Mentoring from Unitec Institute of Technology. He is a Senior Mentor for Business Mentors New Zealand.

Rob Bialastocki

Rob Bialastocki is an associate who provides top level coaching for leaders, specialists and speakers, specialising in helping people think and communicate clearly, simply and powerfully. In addition to his consulting, coaching and leadership work, Rob has held senior learning and development roles at a global pharmaceutical company and a well known New Zealand law practice. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science from Victoria University of Wellington, a Diploma of Teaching and he is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Arts and Psychology from Massey University.

Thurl Gibbs

Thurl Gibbs is an associate who specialises in financial services and he also advises on business development. He is a registered financial adviser and a director of Protection Solutions, an insurance advisory firm. Prior to this Thurl held positions as Regional Manager for Asteron Life, National Sales Manager at LexisNexis, Head of Product and Services for Public Trust and Business Manager for Deutsche Post/DHL. Thurl’s passion is engaging with people and helping them execute change. He holds a BCA in Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington, and an NBC in Accounting, Business and Management.

Henry Hughes are intellectual property specialists, advising clients on how to protect their ideas and brand. We use Elena Szentinanyi for her trademark and intellectual property expertise.

Darvill Mellors are an accountancy practice offering a range of services to help businesses meet their compliance and tax obligations, and gaining insight into their financial performance. We use Mike Curtis and Stuart Darvill for their expertise in financial management and tax advice.

Silvereye is run by Jo Coughlan and provides PR advice in the areas of public relations, government funding applications, crisis and reputation management, media training and digital media management.
