Operational Review

Operational Review
In the Covid-19 era where contraction is affecting many enterprises, managers will be looking for both traditional and creative ways to maintain revenues, decrease costs and keep the organisation true to its vision, mission and values.
An Operational review can look at the entire enterprise or at a specific functional area, depending on the need. While the focus is on improvement, we’ll first work with you to make sure you’re doing the right things in addition to doing things right.

It’s quite possible that you’ve been doing things right – constantly measuring and monitoring employee performance against key indicators for example- but in the process you may overlook the real issue – getting everyone productive because they feel they’re connected to the company and not just a unit of labour.

When we work with you to conduct an operational review. Looking at each business function we’ll provide a set of fresh eyes and a different perspective. We’ll challenge your thinking. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re translating the strategic into the everyday. We’ll work with you to do things better, faster and more profitably.

We don’t just view innovation as a focus to deliver a better product to market. Innovation drives positive change across the enterprise. It invigorates and excites. Empowering your people to improve and refine how they go about their work drives innovation in every aspect of “how we do things around here”.

As with strategy development we’ll use the SWOT technique to focus on improving operational areas.

A fresh set of eyes from someone who understands business is invaluable. Asking the “who, what, where, when, how and why” questions brings a fresh perspective and encourages critical evaluation.
We’ll look right across the organisation, focusing in where attention needs to be paid.
