Covid-19 Business Advisory Fund Enquiry

Please complete this form for guidance on your eligibility for the Covid-19 Business Advisory Fund. The fund currently pays up to $5,000 + GST for eligible applicants. If you don’t qualify, don’t worry, you can still submit a Request for Proposal from Millner Advisory.
Eligible businesses must employ 100 or fewer staff. If you don't qualify, don't worry. You can still submit a Request for Proposal from Millner Advisory.
In order to qualify for funding your business must have been negatively impacted by Covid-19, or there needs to be a high probability that it will be.
To qualify for funding support your business must have needs in one or more of the following areas. If you are unsure please mark accordingly.
